Whenever I am in regional areas I go to IGA stores. They're terrific. Firstly, an excellent range. Secondly, they cater to local consumers of different ethnicities. Thirdly, I would rather shop at Robinvale (Vic) than do a 160km round trip to shop at either Woolies or Coles in Mildura. Yep, you will pay more but not after taking fuel and your own time into account.
additionally, a dividend yield of approx 6.5% (which is fully franked). I am happy to hold. Cheers Keith
