More Macquarie madness from Ian Myles in my book. If Ian Myles got the retail sholders out 2 days before, AGL record profit turnaround, stock goes up 10%, MQG would have been worried about enforcement as I said on the MQG forum, it is not as it AGL is an insignificant stock.
Now MQG are trying to get it down so the MQG behavior and the Ian Myles call does not look so bad.
AGL should be way higher than this but MQG and Ian Myles appear to have been so sprung, MQG probably want the AGL SP to trade down to $8 or below, so ASIC does not put an enforcement investigation into what happened.
MQG made a large error in the research note with the $8.17 price tag, I wonder whether Ian Myles is still with them or out in the garden?
