ASIC is so chronically underfunded and poor at enforcement, I doubt anything will happen to Ian Myles and or Macquarie over the AGL trading. Ian Myles was also miles off at Origin, had Origin so pathetically wrong, it made me wonder what was or why Ian Myles was still operating at Macquarie
ASIC has done nothing about Macquarie, nothing about Ian Myles and it makes you wondering what is protecting the,. Aussie Fed Defense Secretary Marles has his multi million dollar properties in South Geelong and Queanbeyan financed tour Macquarie.
It is unfair on AGL retail sholders but what to do about it is the question.
