IRI has no fixed assets and external debt, thus for EBITDA, it actually has no I, D and A, but EBITDA does not include finance income(bank interest received).
So its NPBT is EBITDA+finance income. As tax amount is so low in this period( $11m profit only pay $805k tax, wonder why tax is so low), that's why NPAT is higher than EBITDA.
