I listened to their last conference call and also noticed what you mentioned (that customers are now also participating more to R&D).
Yes, this is also my understanding that we now see some improvement for their main weak point, which was their Collaborate sales in the US.
It seems that it has not been driven by changes to the product, but more related to the sales team and the change to their commission plan.
