PEXA UK is scheduled to start doing remortgaging in the middle of this year. Whilst Sales and Purchase will be by end of year. I would rather give PEXA UK time to play out. I am in no rush. Will be buying more.
Also, most of the capital expense for PEXA Exchange UK have been paid.
The outlook for the property markets in the UK and Australia are strong.
