No the contract is quite straightforward PLL are entitled to 113,000tpa once the contract started in July last year up untill a refinery is built , at nameplate of 226,000tpa it automatically becomes 50/50 anyway, 113,000tpa each, but untill nameplate is reached the JV only has the balance left over from 113,000tpa .
Thats why SYA is keen to reach nameplate as soon as possible .
The first shipment was largely produced before the contract started and went to the JV.
