the BoD operate in a very unusual way imo. most companies like to announce anything they can to improve things for their shareholders. This lot try to keep things hidden until questioned or they want more free shares.
When will James Brown Spend some of his exorbitant pay from 2 companies on buying some shares in Sayona ?
10% of his wage is not a lot to ask to provide some confidence that is needed in this company right now.
With all the talks of mergers and/or buy outs Shareholders would probably approve something sub par just to rid the company of these seagulls.
