Russ, the firing of Andy Hopkins in 2021 didn't cost AMA $1 bil, it was Andy Hopkins (under the watchful eye of then-COB Anthony Day (formerly of Suncorp), signing away the favorable economics of the Capital Smart JV in March 2020, giving away something AMA paid $400 mil. for a few months earlier, for something less than $10 mil. Andy getting fired in 2021 was a gift for him, allowing him to sell all of his AMA stock at north of $0.60, knowing fully that AMA's economics had been gutted by his idiotic "deal" with Suncorp to undo the very deal AMA had just paid them $400 mil. for. Andy knew what was about to happen, the entire AMA board knew... shareholders were not told until the spring of 2022 that the $400 mil. Capital Smart deal had been secretly transformed into a 3-year fixed price disaster back in March 2020, which necessitated the first of 3 subsequent capital raises beginning in the fall of 2021.

I am stunned that there have been no lawsuits brought. This should be a massive class action at the very least.
