their product is fine imo, dare i say better than competitors.
the LIC brand isn't the Land lease market leader anymore.
problem starts with the brand marketing for me. what happened to their great TV ads, seems like their marketing head needs to go if they've axed their old sales head and things havent turned around. downhill performance for two years now.
