Any dividend upgrades in the next 12 months & this becomes even cheaper

You don't day trade this thing you accumulate the year before to take advantage the following year

Everyone that bought this last year at 60c have enjoyed the returns
Many of us have been riding this since 20c

Next year, this prob won't go under $1
Target still $1.30 within 2 years
