I'd go 90/10 % on a rate rise. Inflation is now being "pulled up" by wage increases, and those increases have to be paid for. The nevr ending loop. But my view is probably skewed. I'm in WA and there seems to be very few indicators suggesting things have pulled back here. Real estate is crazy.
Looking to rebuy COF around these levels.
