I added to my position at $1.13
I already hold a reasonable position, so the addition is just an incremental add on.
In my opinion, the market update was not negative.
But one will need patience.
COF will be re-rated, once RBA starts to cut rates. Just have to be patient.
A reasonable margin of safety between share price and June 24 NTA will remain.
And the CAP rates, whilst I still expect further increases, should start to stabalise once whey go north of 7% (which is not far off now, and with the discount of NTA to share price, is more than baked in).
Happy with the risk adjusted return, and will be patient on this one to play itself out.
