Oops, got my spreadsheet lines mixed up. Reading previous dividends, were in fact previous EPS. Historical dividend is usually half of EPS, So should read 3c this half and expecting 4.5c next half. Having said that, FRI havn't pay divvie for the last three halves due to not having completed many buildings in that time, though generally posting modest profits, that I expect a greater % of profit returned to shareholders. FRI management have implied that. So maybe realistically divvies will be something like 4-5cents this half and 6-7 next half.
