correct but in this instance, they sold down below 5%, the buyback cancelled shares, which got them back over 5%
they then continued their selling all the way down to 2.9% (hopefully zero now)
i have been watching these guys like a hawk, they have been selling every time MSV rallies, so i anticipate as soon as they get to zero the stock will break out...
