Awful. The CEO is quoted as saying the company h”has delivered sustainable ARR growth in Q4” but total ARR has reduced from Q3. He either thinks shareholders are idiots or he must not understand what growth is. Either way the board need to look at any reasonable offer and get rid of current CEO
