Having previously been a SH, I strongly disagree about BVS caring about SH value. I sold at $1.77 and incurred a not insignificant loss. Even thought the board has changed somewhat, I would think that the only thing they are thinking about are their backsides and keeping their seats at the big table and their lucrative pay packets ! A buy back is only one option of a few that they have, but I don’t think they deeply and truly “care” about adding value just for you ! Call me a cynic if you like !
