Alonso it is not underwritten. Does not need to be as SPP will be oversubscribed. No indication of how it might be scaled back.
It is certainly a buy at 83 cps.
"It is intended that the SPP will raise up to $6.0 million and will not be underwritten. SRG Global retains
the right to accept oversubscriptions or to scale back applications at its absolute discretion."
