The fact that they have $8.9m of carried forward revenue means they haven't recognised most or all of the 4Q orders, which probably means they haven't started much of the work or received most of the cash. 4Q cashflow is likely to be mainly from other work won in the prior quarters.

As I said, cashflow in any particular quarter cash could rise or fall, but over several quarters and the full year is likely to be positive given the increased scale and good margins.

Probably more interesting to see that this company is experiencing a significant recovery, thanks to a large revenue increase and costs decrease, which enable it to turn EBITDA and cash flow positive.
While the market is ready to pay high valuations for data centers and everything linked to construction of data centers.
