Compared to some of the other REITs this is a pretty good result with a modest increase in distributions next year.
Only negatives with HDN is that they are in the mid point if their gearing range & highly hedged against future interest rare increases i.e when those hedges expire distributions & gearing will come under pressure.
With $810m of debt expiring in FY27 ( assuming the hedge on that expires at the same time) HDN need for interest rates to drop 1.5-2.0% by then for their expansion plans to continue IMO.
