my point was Morningstar has not said it’s undervaluedMorningstar’s fair value is .58. Now I think they are wrong and are severely undervaluing the commercial side. I just get pedantic when people post that horrible quantitive stuff and think it means anything . Mind you analysts are never right so I should probably just enjoy the buzz of a high valuation even if it is just from a computer.
