yes, had been hoping to see lower total cash expenses this FY. including capitalised software expenditure it looks like cash expenses are more or less flat.
One positive - rate of client cash outflow is slowing down, down to single digit %'s compared to preceding 6 months.
so far at first glance, mixed bag results for me
