I first bought CKF in 2012 at $1.18. I bought 7 more parcels while it was still below $2.00. I got some very good advice. It's been an interesting ride. It went up so much that it seriously unbalanced our portfolio. I sold some at $13.00 in 2021 to alleviate the problem. One of the things I've had to get used to is the occasional period of apparent schizophrenia where the price bounces around for a few days. It seems to settle down after a while. While my sentiment is Hold, I think that it might be Buy if we didn't already have more than is wise. Also, we're in our mid to late 70s and the dividend rate is a little low for people seeking income more than capital growth.
