Yep and can still go down a bit more to hit that long term trend area. I just drew a quick (not exact) trend line in the chart above and should be a decent area to buy around here and high 8s.
If you take out the 15.5c dividend next week and the price remains the same, we'll easily be in the 8s next week/month. Happy to buy before and after div at around these levels.
$1-2 gain from here would be 11-22% return over the next year. Good buying
