disagree, with execs job not being to increase sp. there job is to return value to shareholders. What are they being paid their fat salaries for if not that? They are not performing and should be cut. If you were a boss and an employee was underperforming you would get rid of them. Also its not been short term this has been ongoing for nearly 4 years. The price is shot thanks to poor decisions and handling of the company. Also there is not strategy, you even said yourself there is no plan for the cash. Again 4 years and nothing. that is not good enough.
