One can assume a few things.
1/ No dividend in the immediate future.
2/ They are happy with cash at end of June with paying back close to $4m
Expecting a near upside to incoming Cash Flow ????
However,given plans for growth in aquifier recharge equipment production ,it looks to be in progress and growth potential of those two water resources has drawn some seed cash too by the look of it.
Such ramp ups and future water production do not figure currently in cash generation but do in the expense line for expenditure of seed money for funding.
A great half with a better one due I would surmise when those seeded funds grow to their full potential in multiples as has happened repeatedly here.
