It went up 10% in a day! That is not a bad day in the office. This is a small acquisition of a services business at 6.5x Ebit. It got a pretty appropriate reaction I think. This stock is under EPS pressure and this will help in a small way. The target has strong public sector experience, which is a focus of Attura. Most of the retain investment in this one is because people did well out of other businesses like this that ended up being aquired by a big4 player. RXP was the one for me, I think they are on the same path. I think it is on track for $1.
