IMO,best advertisement time is from 10 to 15 seconds.
The most of people who watch YouTube,skip the ads when they can.
The longer than 15 seconds advertisements make watchers annoy and waste of money for the advertisers or sponsors.
IMO,the needs of advertisements will not decrease,even if fees are lifted by 1%.
Netflix increased subscription fees and makes good profits now.
