Today’s sentiment probably not helped by Judo Bank saying that SMEs are starting to feel the pinch of higher interest rates. With Solvar pivoting from New Zealand to Aus Commercial lending, that’s possibly adding to nervousness.
I am down less than 1% and I am pretty dividend focused, so happy to take the dividend and wait. If SVR does eventually recover, I will sell down some of my holding, butt in no hurry really.
