They got massive investment in China with none of board member looks like Chinese residence so how on earth they managing business over there ? It is no surprise the business in China not doing well.
They should sell Chinese business and concentrate on business in English speaking country where they can understand what most of the work speak..!
No disrespect to anyone but business in any Asian country like China or India or Anywhere else is every challenging unless you are local and know how to bribe people ! You can't also simply hire local and trust them as well because they will be milking you more then officials in Government !!!
So best sell China business and look in to NZ or US or EU !!!
High dividend issued only because board wanted to present landslide in stock price in my opinion.
