I wouldn't consider that a disaster but as you have seen from the reaction when they lost a contract worth just 3% of their revenue - it could have a huge impact on the share price. 3% is not likely to have a 30c impact on divs because some ground will be made up with other sales but here we are with a nasty tree shake.

If they are going to retain profits it would be best done incrementally maybe start with 4 or 5% and build up to 20% over 4 or 5 years - hopefully no change in divs if growth is 4 to 5%, by the time they hit year 5 they will have a war chest of cash, can take a holding in SIQ
