    I concur with you on most of the points you have made. Surprisingly, the equity market has not priced in practically any of the underlying malaise or challenges (atleast partly because of how concentrated the broad indexes are, though there are clear divergences underneath that veneer), so as you have rightly pointed out, it's hard to find value, and the statistically cheap stuff is full of warts.

    I tend to invest "through the cycle", so I have made no attempts to alter my Steadfast position (which has become one of my largest active positions after the departure of my largest holding, Altium after the Renesas takeover). So the almost certain negative reaction to this development will sting. The company's valuation looks full, though far from egregious, so there was no impulse to trim - I intended it to be one of those steady-eddy compounders for the long-term (so much for that after today?).

    I recently added what I think is my first ever direct resources exposure - Mineral Resources. But it is still falling hard, with seemingly no catalyst in sight to end the pain. A penny for your thoughts?
