outlook for 2025 is negative growth .growth to resume in 2026 or 2027 but it is a long way away, not going to be linear, and depends on governments of the 6 key destination markets and competition in those years.
given the acute housing shortages and pressure on rents in the domestic populations in said domestic markets(Aus, Canada and UK mainly), there will be pressure to keep immigration limited in 2026 and 2027 as well.
Overall it seems to be fair value around the 15-16 area as there wont be substantial EPS for a long time.
