    This is not the first time that Alcidion has projected a positive EBITDA. While this is not an excuse, a combination of external factors and poor management decisions (delaying staff layoffs during challenging periods), has exacerbated the numbers. Alcidion needs to secure additional contracts, without them, there is no profitability.
