I've sold at 15c and put the proceeds into HUM:ASX at 45c.
IMO anyone will struggle to get the deal overturned and this is why I sold out. I believe the value of the coming is extremely undervalued, simply considering the replacement value of their assets, cash and businesses 100% owned - I would think an offer more like $100+m is reasonable
