Good point. The cash from note 9 is $320,537,000 will be $12.09 per half of PAC’s share on issue - 26.5M shares is approximately half (assumes this is all PAC cash and none resides on boutique balance sheets).
It looks like PAC management have pre-paid US debt into a restricted bank account and is reported as an asset - see note 12. This is why cash is lower than sale proceeds.
