thinking of buying this but i some concerns, the gearing on this is 44%, i worked it out myself by dividing total assets by total liabs, so its not 39% its 44%, now this has taken over healthscope assets, and healthscope had to be taken over because of financial problems, so why cant those problems happen here? or can they? wont the same thing eventually happens to healthco that happened to healthscope? or is this company better managed and has its finances set up differently as a REIT to stop the things that made healthscope go belly up to not happen here, only interested in this one because of the YIELD, obviously hospitals need constant high OPEX, constant renovating, remodelling, up keep etc... maybe even more than shopping centres and offices.
