Jepi market cap on ASX is $110m but on NYSE it's market cap is...

Jepi market cap on ASX is $110m but on NYSE it's market cap is $36 billion USD ...so what you see on ASX is just dual listing for which they charge fees but all work is done in US..so I am not sure why they care about volume on ASX.

Also, $110m market cap on ASX is reasonable size ETF compared to my other favourite ETF OZXX which is only $2m+ !

i do watch REF with interest but they have massive debt and business they do (leasing their property to farms) is risky if you see few dry years ! Also not easy to sell farm within a month in case they need to liquidate asset ! So while yield is good the risk is high in my opinion compared to HCW.

cqr and pl8 is good though I am not invested in them at the moment.
