Harsh, but I see where you are coming from. They have used every trick in the book to try and lift share price. In addition to the buy backs, the reported "underlying" results have some very dubious cost exclusions eg FX movements and spending on idoba development are not "non-recurring". The result included a $25m gain on the DDH1 acq'n (very unusual accounting outcome).
The market sees through these tricks and marks you down for even trying.
Management and the Board need to forget this stuff and knuckle down and focus on running the operations profitably
