I have followed them for a while now and am keen for them to do well. It is a tough sector and they have been working hard on the business. I have started to sense that management are getting caught up in their own hubris (too many "presidents" in leadership team rather than managers) and I would like to see them get back to the basics.
I will be sticking with them for a while because I think there is potential for upside. I will also keep a close eye on the gold price.
