The financials are in healthy state and the number of homes settled at an all time high with a huge land bank. Each home sold not only returns a profit but also gives an ongoing rental return. With a strong trend of retirees moving out of the city and realising capital gains on their city properties to help supplement their retirement income then it's a bit of a no brainer that with good management this should continue grow. Certainly some of the larger funds think so as majority stakes have been taken over the last few months.
