If leverage is back where they want, free cashflow strong, significant head room under current facilities and a ratings upgrade, then why not have a dividend or a buyback. Particularly given EHL has $69m in franking credits and also trading at a 39% below book value?
Cash is worth 61c in the dollar in their hands or 100c in the dollar in shareholders' hands. Or is there's something that they aren't telling us?
Share price reaction also telling. Sending mixed signals ain't good for the share price.
