    Article in The Economist last week about Abercrombie and Fitch strategy.

    This article reminded me Universal Store strategy.
    Fran Horowitz (CEO who arrived in 2017) has refocused the company towards the 25-40 years olds* (instead of teens), targeting stylish clothes at reasonable prices.
    It has been rewarded by good results for the company and the share has been multiplied by 5.7 x since the end of 2022.

    According to what I could find, it exited Australia in 2015 and sells now online only (are they doing some wholesale ?).

    * and has also better used data to develop new products.
