just took a tour of Nippon steel's website as was suggested by Kevin ball our CFO during his presentation, more or less to get a feel of how they presented the news to their own shareholders, it's probably an understatement to say that Nippon are well chuffed with the deal, in Laymans terms you'd call their move as future proofing their operations...what the deal will also bring to the table will be very long-term offtake agreements with WHC which are still to be finalized....anyhow, spare 5 or 10 minutes' worth a look.
