I am not of a medical ilk and I picked up on the synthetic allograft comment as well.
Google defines allograft as "The transplant of an organ, tissue, or cells from one individual to another individual of the same species who is not an identical twin."
BTM will never be a true allograft. I think they are using BTM to stabilise a wound and maybe promote the start of vascularisation and make sure no infection is present prior to removing which should provide a near perfect debridement to transplant an allograft.
