In May 2019 it was announced that DoD facilities anywhere in the world could purchase BTM for the treatment of serving military, veterans, and their families.
To what extent DoD has availed themselves of this opportunity, I have no idea.
There was a slight price increase amendment to this contract in February this year (see PDF link below). The contract was set to expire in April this year. I don’t know if it has been extended.
The only US-military-related literature I’ve come across has been the animal study conducted by the US Military in which BTM was one of five “commercially available off-the-shelf therapies” tested to see whether they could improve prolonged field care of burn-injured soldiers. All products were found to perform well.
