    Stable management... All 7 years service

    100 million cash. Presumably by now 115 million?

    Partum basically paid for in shares no affect on cash.

    2 acquisition in last 6 months expected to add 8m EBITA

    Nice contract wins recently too.

    Only downside I see is the amount of shares David and Steven own... 52 percent. Could be a plus but liquidity could improve

    1st half NPAT 9 million
    2nd half NPAT 10 million

    What am I missing? Seems very solid and great groth story. Electricity sector is hot at moment, lots of works on the way
