Supply and demand.
The demand for data centres will be insane over the next 10 years. Think lithium circa 2016 or so.
Can we say that NXT (or 90% of other tech companies) are overvalued? Sure. But in an era where the demand for bigger and better data centres will be huge over the next decade, it doesn't really mean much. I do believe we could eventually enter big bubble territory though....
