I'm not sure they have done the right thing by not amending cap ex guidance at the time of the cap raise. Now it looks more expensive to build these DCs, if so that capital isn't going to last as long as expected, and the return on invested capital will be lower than expected if this doesn't change.
Also it doesn't look like the pricing per mwh excl. power is rising with inflation.
Somebody please correct me if I am missing something here.
