Hello, I am not sure how these contracts with Pinehills and Kingstone are working.
As both of these companies are distributors, I would think that EZZ would sell its products to them at wholesale prices and these distributors would make a margin on the difference between wholesale and retail prices.
If I am correct on this, EZZ would have a lower gross margin than usual.
But after, the main question is whether these is an agreement between EZZ and these distributors to share the marketing expenses.
I will probably ask the company to have more details about these distribution agreements.
